Who can take part

  • You can sign consent (or your legal representative can) before any study screening starts.

  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans, and the scan is done within the required timeframe.
  • Your blood counts and key organ tests meet minimum levels (including not needing transfusions or growth-factor support within 14 days before screening).
  • For dose expansion: your cancer type and past treatments match the study, including having PD-1/PD-L1 therapy before (for the specific cancers listed).
  • You generally must not have had certain treatments or procedures close to starting AP203, and you must not have major untreated brain disease, uncontrolled infections, or pregnancy.
