Who can take part
- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with an ALK or ROS1 gene fusion, or certain other advanced cancers: malignant pleural mesothelioma, esophageal cancer, or ovarian cancer (for the study dose-finding group).
- Your tumor must be confirmed by testing (molecular testing) showing ALK/ROS1 fusion, and for some groups you need evidence of prior treatment or special test results (like pFAK around 10+).
- You can do your usual daily activities fairly well (ECOG score 0–1) and are expected to live at least 3 months.
- Cancer has at least one measurable spot on scans (RECIST 1.1).
- Your body functions must be strong enough for treatment: blood counts, kidney, liver, and heart tests within allowed ranges.
- You must be able to provide tumor tissue (fresh biopsy before treatment, or archived tissue in some cases).
