Who can take part
- You have liver cancer (HCC) confirmed by pathology, and it has not spread to other organs.
- You had curative (complete) surgery as the only cancer treatment, with no leftover cancer seen during or after the operation.
- You have at least one “high-risk” reason the cancer might come back after surgery.
- Your liver function is good (Child-Pugh A), and you are generally well enough to do usual activities (ECOG 0).
- You can have liver scans (enhanced CT or MRI) around the time of the study.
- You have controlled causes of HCC and no major medical issues like serious heart disease or active autoimmune disease.
