Who can take part
- You have advanced liver cancer (HCC) that cannot be cured with surgery or local treatments.
- You have already tried a first-line treatment called atezolizumab plus bevacizumab, and it stopped working.
- Your liver function is good (Child-Pugh class A) and you are generally able to do daily activities (ECOG 0–1).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You do not have a history of bleeding from esophageal varices in the last 6 months, or other major health issues like brain metastases, liver transplant, or severe fluid buildup.
