Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are coming in for chest pain or a heart attack without full artery blockage lifting (unstable angina, NSTEMI, or similar).
  • Your cardiologist plans a complex artery-opening procedure using larger instruments (for example: CTO, left main disease, heavy calcification, complex branch blockages).
  • A specialist expects a 7F guiding catheter will be needed for your procedure.
  • You can sign an informed consent form in writing.
