Who can take part
- You are age 18 to 75.
- You have confirmed stage II or III stomach cancer (including at the stomach–esophagus junction).
- You had curative stomach cancer surgery (R0, D2) within the past 2 months, with more than 16 lymph nodes removed/tested, and you have NOT started any after-surgery (adjuvant) treatment yet.
- You can do daily activities at a level of 0 to 2 on the study’s performance scale (in general: fully active to limited but able to care for yourself).
- You have NOT had chemo or radiation before surgery (no neoadjuvant therapy).
- You can safely swallow and take medicine by mouth; you do not have major ongoing issues like blocked bowels, active stomach bleeding, or a perforation.
