Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with Tourette’s disorder and insomnia (sleep problems)
  • Your tics are significant based on a tic severity questionnaire score
  • Your insomnia is significant based on a standard insomnia questionnaire score
  • Your sleep diary shows poor sleep efficiency (at most 85%) on at least half of the monitored nights
  • You’re between 18 and 50 years old and can read/speak English
  • You have stable meds: no new sleep medicines or tic/mental health medicines in the last month (and none planned during the study)
