Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS)
  • You have trouble walking that you’ve noticed yourself
  • You take stable MS symptom medicines such as Ampyra, provigil, or similar, and you haven’t had an MS relapse in the last 30 days
  • You can attend exercise sessions 3 days per week for 6 weeks and get to the Boulder campus
  • You do NOT have certain safety issues (uncorrected vision/hearing problems, metal implants, seizure history, uncontrolled blood pressure, diabetes, or trouble feeling touch/temperature/pain)
