Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS).
  • Your MS symptoms or disability level is mild (EDSS score of 4 or less).
  • You have been diagnosed with MS for no more than 10 years.
  • Your MS treatment has been the same (or you've had no treatment) for the past 6 months.
  • You do not have other serious medical conditions (like other autoimmune diseases, certain psychiatric disorders, or sleep disorders) and are not taking certain medications like antidepressants.
