Who can take part

  • You can sign an informed consent form (agree to take part)
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 25 or higher
  • Your HbA1c is 42 mmol/mol or higher (a blood test showing average sugar over time)
  • If you can become pregnant, you must use effective contraception
  • You should not already be on insulin treatment
