Who can take part

  • You have lung cancer that is not squamous type (non-squamous NSCLC) and it has a KRAS G12C mutation
  • Your cancer is advanced and cannot be surgically removed or has spread (metastatic)
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are adequate for study treatment
  • You have not had chemotherapy or other anti-cancer medicines for advanced/metastatic non-squamous NSCLC before
  • You can take oral medicines (and you don’t have major stomach surgery or serious bowel/stomach problems that block oral dosing)
