Who can take part

  • You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread to nearby tissues or other parts of your body.
  • A genetic test shows your tumor has a specific change called KRAS G12C.
  • You took the study drug IBI-351 at least once between August 2024 and August 2025.
  • You agree to take part in the study and sign a consent form.
  • Your tumor is not mostly small cell or squamous cell carcinoma.
  • You do not have other gene changes like EGFR, ALK, or ROS1 that already have standard treatments.
