Who can take part
- You are a child or teen scheduled for needed orthopedic surgery
- You have cerebral palsy or an acquired brain injury (or you are a typically developing control)
- If you have cerebral palsy or acquired brain injury, the condition must not be a progressive neurological disease
- You should not have another metabolic or muscle disease
- If you are in the typical control group, you must not have cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury, or other metabolic or muscle disease
