You may be in a group with recurrent pregnancy loss or in a comparison group without pregnancy loss, and you’ll be asked to meet specific health and timing rules for samples.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 38 years old
- Your periods are regular, typically every 25–35 days
- If you have recurrent pregnancy loss: you’ve had at least 2 losses
- If you’re in the control group: you’ve never had pregnancy loss and have at least one live birth (youngest child is 6+ months)
- You do not have certain pregnancy-loss medical causes (like antiphospholipid syndrome or uncontrolled thyroid problems) if you’re in the loss group
- You do not have certain uterine problems (like specific uterine shapes or untreated uterine/lining issues)
