Who can take part
- You are biologically female and between 18 and 54 years old
- You are undergoing IVF treatment
- You have a history of repeated implantation failure (embryos not attaching) or repeated miscarriages
- You are willing to provide an endometrial biopsy sample (a small tissue sample from the uterine lining)
- You agree to let researchers use your clinical data and microbiome information for this study
- You do not have major uterine abnormalities or medical conditions that would make embryo transfer unsafe
