  • You are biologically female and between 18 and 54 years old
  • You are undergoing IVF treatment
  • You have a history of repeated implantation failure (embryos not attaching) or repeated miscarriages
  • You are willing to provide an endometrial biopsy sample (a small tissue sample from the uterine lining)
  • You agree to let researchers use your clinical data and microbiome information for this study
  • You do not have major uterine abnormalities or medical conditions that would make embryo transfer unsafe
