Who can take part
- You can sign consent and complete extra study tests and visits.
- You had liver cancer (HCC) removed by surgery 4–12 weeks ago, and there are no other non-surgery cancer treatments given around that time.
- Your pathology report must show clean surgical margins (R0), and scans must show no remaining or recurring disease within 4 weeks before starting.
- Your cancer must not have major blood-vessel invasion or spread outside the liver on CT/MRI scans.
- You have higher risk of recurrence based on tumor size/number (beyond “up-to-7”) or certain vein involvement (Vp1/Vp2).
- You must have good recovery and health status after surgery (including certain blood counts, liver/kidney numbers, and heart tests) and be HIV-negative.
