Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You had repeat retinal detachment surgery (vitrectomy and/or scleral buckle) in the same eye because the detachment came back due to scar tissue (PVR).
- Your retinal detachment is graded as PVR C or D (more severe scarring stages).
- You have already had at least one retinal detachment surgery in that same eye before, and there is documentation that the retina detached again after that surgery.
- You are able and willing to follow the study plan (go to visits, follow instructions).
- If you plan to have cataract surgery at the same time as the detachment surgery, you may still be eligible.
