This study uses a very strong MRI brain scanner to better understand conditions like migraine, visual snow, or epilepsy that don’t fully respond to treatment. You may be able to join if you meet specific diagnosis and safety requirements for the scanner.

Who can take part
- You can read, understand, and sign the consent form
- You are on stable migraine-preventing medicine for the last 2 months (if applicable)
- You fit one of these groups: migraine (at least 2 attacks per month), drug-resistant epilepsy, or visual snow syndrome
- You agree not to have Botox for migraine within 4 months before and during the study
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you won’t plan pregnancy during the study
- You can safely do the MRI: no metal in your body, no pacemaker, and you’re not too claustrophobic; BMI must be 35 or less
