Who can take part
- Your prostate cancer has become “castration-resistant” and your PSA blood test is rising despite ongoing hormone-type treatment
- You have already tried a modern androgen-blocking drug such as abiraterone, enzalutamide, or darolutamide (but not apalutamide)
- You’ve had 1 prior hormone-targeted treatment (and up to 2), not counting apalutamide
- Your doctor feels taxane chemotherapy isn’t a good option for you (or you declined it)
- You cannot have taken apalutamide before, and you cannot have used carotuximab or similar CD105-targeted antibodies
- You must be able to use reliable birth control during the study and for 3 months after the last dose
