Who can take part
- You have prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer controlled by hormone therapy.
- You have had prior treatment with an androgen receptor pathway inhibitor (a type of hormone therapy).
- Your PSMA PET scan shows high levels of PSMA (a target on cancer cells) in at least one tumor.
- You have evidence of disease progression, such as low PSMA levels, spread to organs, multiple bone spots, or certain gene changes (TP53 or PTEN).
- You are age 18 or older and able to perform daily activities with some help (ECOG 0-2).
- Your kidney, liver, and blood cell counts meet minimum thresholds based on recent blood tests.
