Who can take part
- Confirmed prostate cancer diagnosis that has spread to other parts of the body and is resistant to hormone therapy
- PSA level of 4 or higher at screening, with cancer that has grown within the last 6 months
- Previously received at least 2 approved cancer treatments for advanced prostate cancer, including at least one modern hormone therapy (such as abiraterone, enzalutamide, apalutamide, or darolutamide)
- Currently on castration therapy (either surgical removal of testicles or ongoing hormone injections) with testosterone levels below 50 ng/dL
- Adequate kidney, liver, and bone marrow function based on blood tests
- No active blood clots or unstable bone fractures
