  • Be age 18 or older
  • Have primary or secondary myelofibrosis
  • Be able to get a bone marrow transplant using either reduced-intensity or higher-intensity preparation (myeloablative or reduced intensity)
  • Have a 10/10 matched donor (related or unrelated) and a blood stem cell graft from the bloodstream (PBSC)
  • Be in good enough shape for study participation (ECOG 0–2)
  • Be able to meet pregnancy prevention rules (and, if applicable, condom use during study treatment)
