Who can take part

  • You have myelofibrosis: PMF, post-ET myelofibrosis, or post-PV myelofibrosis
  • Your myelofibrosis risk is Int-2 or higher based on DIPSS
  • You are age 55 or older when your DIPSS risk is checked
  • You must have a suitable donor option for the transplant (matched related or matched unrelated; some other donor types may be allowed)
  • You should not plan to use umbilical cord blood or a mismatched donor for the transplant
  • You do not have an “overlap syndrome” condition
