Who can take part
- You have myelofibrosis: PMF, post-ET myelofibrosis, or post-PV myelofibrosis
- Your myelofibrosis risk is Int-2 or higher based on DIPSS
- You are age 55 or older when your DIPSS risk is checked
- You must have a suitable donor option for the transplant (matched related or matched unrelated; some other donor types may be allowed)
- You should not plan to use umbilical cord blood or a mismatched donor for the transplant
- You do not have an “overlap syndrome” condition
