Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with myelofibrosis (including primary type, or after polycythemia vera or essential thrombocythemia)
  • You do not have a matched sibling or unrelated donor available
  • You have a half-matched (haploidentical) donor available, like a parent, child, or sibling
  • You are willing and able to give informed consent
  • You do not have an active infection, and you are able to function well day-to-day (ECOG score of 0, 1, or 2)
