Who can take part
- You have a type of myelofibrosis (primary or secondary) that is considered intermediate-2, high-risk, or intermediate-1 with certain risk factors like needing blood transfusions or having a high-risk gene mutation.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are planning to have a stem cell transplant from a matched related or unrelated donor, using a reduced-intensity conditioning regimen and cells from your donor's blood.
- You are willing to switch your current JAK inhibitor treatment to momelotinib before the transplant if you are taking one.
- You do not have severe organ problems, active infections, or a history of a different cancer in the last 2 years.
- If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must use highly effective birth control during the study and for 1 week after the last dose. Men with partners who could become pregnant must use condoms or have had a vasectomy.
