Who can take part
- You have a severe nerve injury in a major arm or leg nerve (sciatic, brachial plexus, or another major nerve) within the last year
- You are 18 to 65 years old
- You can safely have an MRI scan
- The gap in the injured nerve is not longer than 10 cm
- You can have a small nerve sample taken from the leg area used for this treatment, and nothing stops that process
