Who can take part
- Have been diagnosed with prostate adenocarcinoma confirmed by biopsy
- Your cancer must be “intermediate” or “high risk” based on NCCN risk groups
- Your staging scans should show N0M0 (no lymph-node or distant spread) on choline or PSMA PET-CT
- You must be able to perform daily activities at level 0 to 2 (ECOG 0–2)
- You must not have had prostate surgery (radical prostatectomy) or prostate cryotherapy before
- You must be able to get prostate MRI and have small tracking markers placed (fiducials)
- Your prostate size must be 90 cc or less
