AI review of test results for pulmonary hypertension

Pulmonary HypertensionPulmonary Arterial Hypertension

Part of Heart & circulation, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This trial uses an artificial intelligence tool to look at results from tests used to evaluate pulmonary hypertension. It may help doctors make sense of your past test results, especially heart and lung evaluation results.

Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older
  • You have had a right heart catheterization (RHC)
  • You had routine heart/lung tests like chest X-ray, ECG, and echocardiogram (ultrasound of the heart)

NCT06911632Recruiting
AI-assisted check for pulmonary hypertension in interstitial lung disease

This study uses an AI tool to help doctors decide if you should be tested for pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs), which can be a complication of interstitial lung disease. If the tool suggests you might have it, you may get an echocardiogram (an ultrasound of the heart) and a right heart catheterization (a test to measure pressure in the heart) to find out for sure.

NCT07147725Not yet recruiting
AI to detect pulmonary hypertension and heart disease

This trial tests if an artificial intelligence (AI) system can help find signs of pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) and related heart problems. You may help by taking part if you're already having an echocardiogram (heart ultrasound) at Imperial College NHS Trust.

NCT07667673Recruiting
Heart imaging study for pulmonary arterial hypertension

This study uses heart imaging tests to better understand pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and predict outcomes. It may help doctors tailor treatment for people with PAH.

NCT07236970Recruiting
AI screening for pulmonary hypertension in scleroderma

This study uses artificial intelligence to find better ways to screen for pulmonary arterial hypertension (a type of high blood pressure in the lungs) in people with systemic sclerosis (scleroderma). The goal is to catch the condition earlier so treatment can start sooner.

NCT06486649Recruiting
AI tool for diagnosing HFpEF heart failure

This trial is testing a new AI-powered tool to help doctors better diagnose a specific type of heart failure called HFpEF, where the heart pumps normally but doesn't relax properly. It may help you if you have symptoms like shortness of breath or swelling and your heart ultrasound shows normal pumping ability.

NCT06314295Recruiting
AI heart ultrasound to find blocked arteries

This trial uses artificial intelligence to analyze heart ultrasound images and detect blocked arteries in people with suspected coronary artery disease. It aims to see if AI can accurately find problems without needing more invasive tests.
