  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You were referred to the Bath Pulmonary Hypertension shared care service
  • You had a right heart catheter test (RHC) to check for pulmonary hypertension
  • You had a 12-lead ECG around the time of the RHC (within 12 months)
  • You can (or did) give consent for the study; if you’re deceased, consent rules may be different
