- You are 18 years old or older
- You were referred to the Bath Pulmonary Hypertension shared care service
- You had a right heart catheter test (RHC) to check for pulmonary hypertension
- You had a 12-lead ECG around the time of the RHC (within 12 months)
- You can (or did) give consent for the study; if you’re deceased, consent rules may be different
