Who can take part

  • You are an adult (18 years or older) with a confirmed diagnosis of sarcoidosis
  • Your sarcoidosis diagnosis followed accepted standards, usually including a tissue biopsy and ruling out other causes
  • You can safely take part in the study procedures (you must be able to tolerate them)
  • You are not pregnant and not breastfeeding
  • You do not have other conditions that could change the study test results, like HIV, common variable immune problems, or autoimmune disease
  • You do not have other lung scarring diseases at the same time, like hypersensitivity pneumonitis or idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis
