Who can take part
- You are over 18 years old and weigh more than 30 kg
- Your lung cancer (NSCLC) has come back or spread after chemoradiation and durvalumab, with clear progression during or right after durvalumab—especially not in the first 3 months
- Your medical team can use tumor tissue from a past biopsy/scan for biomarker testing
- You are well enough for treatment (ECOG performance status 0 or 1) and agree to follow the study schedule
- Your blood counts and organ function are within required ranges from recent lab tests (done within 28 days)
- You do not have certain tumor gene changes (EGFR, ALK, or ROS1) and you do not have major health issues that make study treatment unsafe
