Who can take part
- You’re a man age 18 or older and can sign informed consent
- Your prostate cancer is confirmed by pathology (biopsy/surgery results)
- Your cancer is clearly worsening based on PSA blood tests and/or scans (CT/MRI or bone scan)
- You’ve already tried abiraterone and/or enzalutamide (or a similar “next-generation” hormone therapy); prior docetaxel is allowed
- Your body functions well enough for treatment (blood counts, kidney, and liver tests meet limits)
- Your general strength is adequate (ECOG score 0–2) and you can keep up with visits, scans, and labs
