Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 or older and can give informed consent.
- You have breast cancer that is advanced or has spread (metastatic), and standard treatments are not available, not appropriate, or you chose not to take them.
- Your tumor has been tested and confirmed as AR+ and ER+ breast cancer (specific lab staining targets are required).
- Your cancer must be HER2-negative based on lab testing (FISH or IHC results must meet the study rules).
- You must be postmenopausal (for example, age over 60, or labs and menstrual history that show menopause).
- You can provide an old tumor sample, or you can agree to a new biopsy if needed.
