Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your throat cancer is p16-positive or HPV16-related oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
- Your cancer stage is T1–T4, N0–N3, and M0 (no distant spread).
- You had a curative treatment for your cancer, and your HPV16 DNA blood test was positive before treatment.
- About 3 months after finishing treatment, your results fit specific “complete response” patterns (either no signs of cancer on scans and a negative HPV16 DNA, or a matching combination of scan results and repeat blood testing).
- You can follow the study visits and follow-up schedule, and you agree in writing to join.
