- You are a Chinese national (not from Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan)
- You are older than 12 years
- You identify as transgender or gender non-conforming (any subtype)
- In the past year, you took gender-affirming hormones for at least 1 month, or you’re taking hormones now
- The hormones involved include estrogen, testosterone/androgen, progesterone, anti-androgen, or anti-estrogen
- You can read and understand the consent form and are willing to sign it
