Who can take part
- You are planning to start gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) soon
- You are 45 years old or younger
- Your BMI (body mass index) is 40 or lower
- You do not have uncontrolled high blood pressure (readings above 140/90)
- You have never taken hormone therapy medications before
- You do not have a history of traumatic brain injury, concussion, stroke, or seizures
