Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and can give informed consent
- You have heart muscle disease (ischemic or non-ischemic cardiomyopathy) and an ICD and/or CRT-D device
- You have had at least one catheter ablation that did not fully work, or ablation is not feasible for a stated reason
- Your VT keeps returning even after optimized antiarrhythmia medicines
- Your diagnosis is sustained monomorphic VT or ventricular tachyarrhythmia—not only premature heartbeats (PVCs)
- You do not have certain exclusions like a recent heart attack, a reversible cause, or pregnancy
