- You (or your child) have type 1 diabetes with positive “autoantibodies” related to the pancreas
- You use a continuous insulin pump (insulin infused under the skin all day), not multiple daily injections
- You use a continuous or flash glucose monitor (CGMS or FGM) to check glucose
- You agree to keep the same type of glucose monitor for the whole study year
