Long-acting IL-7 drug trial for low CD4 immune cells

Idiopathic CD4 Lymphopenia

  • Be between 18 and 75 years old
  • Be able to sign consent and agree to study procedures
  • Already enrolled in a related NIH study called EPIC (NCT0086726)
  • Have a history of low CD4 counts (<300) on at least two tests 6+ weeks apart
  • If you can get pregnant or make someone pregnant, use strong birth control or stay abstinent starting before injections and for 30 days after the last dose
  • Not be pregnant or breastfeeding
