Who can take part
- You have metastatic (advanced) breast cancer that is ER-positive (ER more than 10%) and HER2-negative
- Your cancer has evidence that it progressed while you were on CDK4/6 medicine plus hormone therapy, or within 8 weeks of your last dose (and you took it for at least 24 weeks)
- You can provide a saved tumor tissue block from a biopsy or surgery for lab testing (and you consent to share it)
- You must have measurable cancer on recent scans or exams, and those scans are done within set time windows before starting
- Your blood counts and organ tests must be adequate (including hemoglobin, neutrophils, platelets, liver and kidney tests)
- You must be fit for treatment (age 18+, good daily functioning score 0–1, and life expectancy of at least 3 months)
