Who can take part
- You are a man aged 18 or older.
- Your prostate cancer came back in the prostate after you had radiotherapy at least 2 years ago.
- Your cancer has not spread to other parts of the body (no metastatic disease).
- You are generally well enough to take part (WHO performance status 0-2).
- Your urinary function is reasonable (based on a urine flow test and a symptom score).
- Your life expectancy is more than 10 years, and you can provide consent.
