Who can take part
- You have lymphoma, leukemia, or myeloma that has come back or is not responding to treatment
- Your tumor must have specific target markers for CAR-T, confirmed by a lab test (flow cytometry or tissue staining)
- You are between 14 and 75 years old, and you can have any gender
- You must be well enough to participate (performance status score of 0 to 2) and have enough blood function (hemoglobin at least 70 g/L)
- Your heart, lung, kidney, and liver test results must be within safe limits (including heart pumping function ≥50% and oxygen levels >90%)
- You cannot have certain exclusions like uncontrolled serious infection, active hepatitis, HIV, or previous CAR-T/gene-modified cell therapy
