Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old, and you (or your legal guardian) can sign consent
- Your soft tissue sarcoma is advanced (recurrent or metastatic) and has worsened after first standard treatment
- Your scans show at least one clear, measurable tumor spot the study can track
- Your tumor must be positive for NY-ESO-1 on a tissue test, and your HLA type must match 02/01
- Your overall health is fairly good (ECOG 0 to 2) and you’re expected to live more than 3 months
- Your blood counts and organ function tests must be high enough (for example, white cells/neutrophils/platelets, liver and kidney tests)
