Who can take part
- You are age 12 or older
- You have confirmed advanced or metastatic soft-tissue or bone sarcoma (or unresectable recurrent/metastatic osteosarcoma for the osteosarcoma group)
- Your cancer has been treated with at least one prior chemotherapy or other cancer medicine line (unless there is no standard treatment for your subtype)
- You can give a tumor biopsy and be able to undergo treatment even after leukapheresis (cell collection)
- Your body functions meet minimum lab/organ requirements (blood counts, kidney, liver, heart, and lung function)
- You must be able to wait several weeks after recent cancer treatments and avoid any other cancer study medicines at the time of cell collection and infusion
