Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must have one of the listed sarcoma types (e.g., undifferentiated sarcoma, synovial sarcoma, angiosarcoma, etc.) that is locally advanced (cannot be removed by surgery or radiation) or has spread/come back.
- You should be in generally good health (able to do daily activities, like walking and self-care) with an ECOG score of 0 or 1.
- You cannot have had prior treatment for advanced sarcoma, unless you received chemotherapy after surgery and then relapsed more than 6 months later.
- You must not have active autoimmune diseases, uncontrolled infections, or be pregnant.
