Who can take part
- You are 21 years old or older
- You can read and understand English or Chinese
- You have had a CT scan of your heart (CTCA or CT CAC) in the past 6 months
- If joining the eye part of the trial, you have had diabetes for at least 10 years
- You have not had a heart attack, stroke, heart failure, or angina that required hospital care, and you have not had heart bypass surgery or stents
