Who can take part
- You had a traumatic spinal cord injury at least 1 year ago.
- You have a regular bowel care routine you carry out yourself or with help.
- You can communicate in English.
- You do not have a conus medullaris or cauda equina injury.
- You are not using a ventilator, and you do not have a colostomy or skip regular bowel care.
- You do not have pressure sores/skin breakdown at the time of screening.
