  • You had a traumatic spinal cord injury
  • You are currently in acute inpatient rehab at Mount Sinai
  • Your injury happened less than one year ago
  • Your blood pressure is low when sitting (below 110/100) or drops at least 20 points when you stand up
  • Your blood pressure goes up and down a lot during the day
  • You are 14 years old or older
