Who can take part
- Aged 25 to 75 years
- Diagnosed with major depression and currently experiencing a depressive episode
- Had a period free from depression symptoms within the last two years before this episode
- Your current antidepressant (an SSRI or SNRI) hasn't helped enough after at least six weeks of treatment
- Not currently taking other psychiatric medications except certain sleep aids or occasional anxiety medication
