Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have one of the following conditions: polycythemia vera, essential thrombocytosis, myelofibrosis, clonal cytopenia of uncertain significance, or low-risk myelodysplastic syndrome.
- You have noticeable symptoms (like fatigue, itching, or night sweats) that affect your daily life.
- You are not taking curcumin supplements (unless you stop them 24 hours before the trial starts).
- You are not on strong anti-inflammatory drugs or steroids (except low-dose aspirin).
- You are not pregnant or nursing.
